Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for young, smart and energetic professional for our organization to work as Business Development Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

Role: This would be an Individual Contribution role

  • Hunt clients through LinkedIn platform
  • Get their contact details through lead extracting tools
  • Connect with the prospect and maintain regular follow-up
  • Invite prospect for virtual meetings and introduce Kalp Solutions to them
  • Onboard clients for Human Resource related services


  • Candidate should be energetic and smart enough to handle clients without supervisor support
  • Candidate should be able to join immediately
  • Candidate should be comfortable to work from office at Uttam Nagar East location
  • Candidate should have laptop for work
  • Candidate should be result oriented person
  • Candidate should have critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Candidate should be comfortable to challenging environment
  • Female candidates are preferred

Education: Any Graduation or MBA in Marketing or Sales

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: 15000 – 25000 PM
