We are looking for young, smart and energetic professional for our organization to work as Business Development Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
Role: This would be an Individual Contribution role
- Hunt clients through LinkedIn platform
- Get their contact details through lead extracting tools
- Connect with the prospect and maintain regular follow-up
- Invite prospect for virtual meetings and introduce Kalp Solutions to them
- Onboard clients for Human Resource related services
Eligibility:
- Candidate should be energetic and smart enough to handle clients without supervisor support
- Candidate should be able to join immediately
- Candidate should be comfortable to work from office at Uttam Nagar East location
- Candidate should have laptop for work
- Candidate should be result oriented person
- Candidate should have critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Candidate should be comfortable to challenging environment
- Female candidates are preferred
Education: Any Graduation or MBA in Marketing or Sales
Experience: 0-2 years
Salary: 15000 – 25000 PM
